We collect information in these categories:

• Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide (such as name and birthday when completing your profile).
• Workspace content: tasks, projects, notes, reminders, routines, invoices, time-tracking data, performance metrics, and settings you create or store in Krona.
• Usage and device data: app interactions, feature usage, session timestamps, browser type, and technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.
• Payment-related information: subscription status, trial dates, and billing identifiers. Payment card details are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, not stored directly by Krona.
• Communications: messages you send to support or through contact forms.

• When you sign up, sign in, or update your profile.
• When you use Krona features (timer, tasks, invoices, etc.).
• Through third-party sign-in providers such as Google OAuth, according to the permissions you approve.
• Through cookies and similar technologies that keep you signed in and remember preferences.
• From Lemon Squeezy webhooks and customer records related to your subscription.

• Provide, maintain, and personalize the Krona workspace.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts from abuse.
• Process subscriptions, trials, and billing status.
• Generate performance summaries and productivity insights.
• Operate optional AI-assisted coaching features based on your in-app activity and inputs.
• Respond to support requests and improve the product.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data based on: performance of our contract with you (providing the service), our legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), your consent where required (such as certain optional features), and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us run Krona, including Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payments and subscription management), and infrastructure / analytics vendors bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued protection of your data.

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for billing records, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a cloud productivity application, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and protect your credentials.

• Access, correct, or export your workspace data from within the app.
• Update profile and notification preferences in Settings.
• Cancel your subscription through Lemon Squeezy at any time.
• Request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data by emailing support@getkrona.app.
• Where applicable, lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Krona may process data in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required.

Krona is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
