Terms of Service

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using Krona, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Krona is provided at https://www.getkrona.app and includes features such as task and project management, focus timers, routines, notes, reminders, invoices, performance insights, and optional AI-assisted productivity guidance.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Krona. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Provide accurate account information and keep your profile up to date. Notify us promptly at support@getkrona.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Krona is offered as a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial unless stated otherwise at checkout. During the trial you receive full workspace access. You will not be charged until the trial ends if you do not cancel before then.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to applicable payment and tax terms presented at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; access generally continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

• Use Krona only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or malicious content.
• Do not use Krona to store highly sensitive regulated data (such as medical records or payment card numbers) unless you have independently assessed suitability.
• Do not share account access in a way that violates your subscription or compromises security.

You retain ownership of the tasks, projects, notes, invoices, and other content you create in Krona. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of business records you keep in Krona, including invoices and time tracking. Krona is a productivity tool, not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Some Krona features may use automated or AI-assisted suggestions for planning, reflection, or productivity coaching. Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated guidance before acting on it, especially for client work, billing, or compliance decisions.

Krona, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Krona and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code except the limited right to use the service as intended.

We strive to keep Krona reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krona is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes from using the app.

To the extent permitted by law, Krona and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Krona in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using Krona at any time and cancel your subscription as described above. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any data retention described in our Privacy Policy.
