Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for your Krona subscription.
1. Overview
Krona is a subscription-based productivity workspace. Payments are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. This policy describes how trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed.
2. Free trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the Krona workspace. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
If you cancel during the trial, your subscription will not convert to a paid plan and you will not be billed for that trial period.
3. Subscriptions and renewals
- After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you selected at checkout) unless you cancel.
- The price, billing interval, and currency shown at checkout apply to your subscription.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment method current through your Lemon Squeezy customer account.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (linked from your receipt or account emails) or by contacting support@getkrona.app.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You will generally keep access to Krona until the end of your current paid billing period or trial period, after which your account may lose paid access until you resubscribe.
5. Refund eligibility
We want you to be confident using Krona. Refunds are handled as follows:
- Trial period: Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. No refund is needed because no payment was taken.
- First paid charge: If you are unsatisfied with Krona, contact us within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge and we will review a full refund request.
- Renewals: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable because the service remains available for the full billing period. We may make exceptions for duplicate charges, verified technical issues that prevented meaningful use, or other cases at our discretion.
- Chargebacks: Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@getkrona.app with:
- The email address associated with your Krona account
- Your Lemon Squeezy order or subscription reference (if available)
- The reason for your request
- The date of the charge you are asking about
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Taxes and currency
Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout based on your location. Refunds, when issued, generally include the same tax amounts paid on the original transaction, where required by law.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Changes apply to future purchases and renewals after the updated effective date.
